The meeting methodologies we use have proven track records for creating effective participative environments. They create the conditions for your organization to benefit from the individual and collective wisdom of your people and demonstrate that when collective wisdom is harnessed, ‘the whole is noticeably greater than the sum of the parts’.  The methodologies that we choose to use are:

Open Space Technology – a large group meeting methodology that is designed to bring the whole system into the room to discuss an important issue.  Open Space Technology, as the name suggests, provides an open and healthy space within which creativity can flourish.  Meetings are designed with a clear and compelling theme, and the participants create the agenda and discuss the topics within that theme.  At the end of the meeting, a book of proceedings containing all of the issues and opportunities raised and discussed about the topic is created, providing the organization with a concrete itemized description of the areas of passion regarding the theme from which to move forward.  Open Space Technology can be used with groups as small as 7 or as large as 2000 and meetings can last for 4 hours to several days. Whole Person Process Facilitation – a group process that is designed to facilitate learning within the organization.   It is more guided and structured than Open Space Technology.  Within a Whole Person Process Facilitated meeting, participants are fully engaged in the meeting facilitation process and are guided to learn new processes, concepts, or methods of work in a way that allows them to quickly integrate the information and begin implementing it immediately.  Whole Person Process Facilitation can be used with groups as small as 6 or as large as 150 and meetings can last from 3 hours to several days.
